Email link
After purchase you receive an email titled “Your downloads are ready”. Each product includes a secure link.
Check Spam/Promotions if you don’t see it.

Order page
If you created an account, go to My Account → Orders → open the order and download your files.

Keep this email
Save the download email for future re-downloads from any device.
Troubleshooting

Can’t find the link?

  • Search your inbox for: “Your downloads are ready”.
  • Check Spam/Promotions tabs.
  • Make sure you’re logged into the account that used the purchase email.
  • If you used Apple “Hide My Email”, check that inbox as well.

? Where do I find my download links?
You’ll receive them by email right after purchase, titled “Your downloads are ready”. If you created an account, you can also access your files from Account → Orders.
? Do links expire?
Links remain available. If a link fails or you need extra attempts, contact us and we’ll refresh access.
? I didn’t receive any email
Check Spam/Promotions, verify the email used at checkout, and add info@yarnomaly.com to your contacts. Still nothing? We’ll resend it.
? Can I download on multiple devices?
Yes. Keep your download email and open the links from any device where you need the files.
